The rain from the Great Lakes to the southeastern U.S. will head to the Mid-Atlantic and northeast. There will be light snow in northern Maine on Wednesday, as well as instances of freezing rain overnight on Wednesday, and there will be scattered rain in the Midwest through Thursday.
