Kyle Richards is in the best shape of her life and she opened up about it in an interview with US Weekly. Richards said that he used to work out to lose weight, but now it's for his mental health. Richards told the outlet that her fitness journey began when she wasn't able to exercise for eight weeks after her breast reduction. By the end of the trip, she didn't know who she was.
Richards said that after they left, she said, "That's it." "I had just lost my best friend to suicide, and I wasn't taking care of myself." I am not going to have bad sugars, pasta, bread, or alcohol. Richards said that she reached her "heaviest" weight of 132 pounds just before her European vacation.
Kyle stated that she wasn't a big drinker, but when she cut out alcohol, she noticed a difference in her skin and how she felt. She usually goes on hikes or take a spin class, but she's incorporated weights, hot yoga running and other activities to clear her head. Richards admitted that she looks better than ever as she gets older, because she sticks to her workout regimen. She said that she looked better after having four kids when she was in her 20s and 30s. Richards shut down rumors that she was using Ozempic to slim down. In January, Page Six reported that Richards denied taking Ozempic, an FDA-approved prescription medication for people with type 2 diabetes, to aid her weight loss. She said that ozempic is not from plastic surgery. Richards replied to a fan and said, "I am not taking Ozempic." Kyle said that it's not meant to be a revenge body. Kyle said that she's finding happiness in this new chapter of her life in an interview with US Weekly. She said she feels happy, but she is still struggling because it is new to her. Richards told the outlet that she still lives in the same house as Mauricio and that they are trying to be as normal as possible. I don't know what the future will be, but we go to therapy."
Kyle and Mauricio have three daughters, while Richards' oldest daughter is with an ex- husband. She learned that she can handle a lot more than she thought, and that she is stronger than she realized. Richards wants things to be a little more quiet and he wants to go into 2024 happy and at peace.
