Dianne Brill was an icon of Manhattan nightlife in the 1980s and she did the same when she arrived at the Soho Grand Hotel for her 66th birthday party. Ms. Brill was wearing white platform boots and a silver dress and holding a wand.
She said that she was having a birthday party to show everyone that she was back.
The party was called One in a Brillion and the dress code was called Strictly Brill.
