Naomi Campbell wore a vintage suit set from Alexander McQueen for the launch of her exhibition. The Victoria & Albert Museum will be displaying bits and pieces of Campbell's personal wardrobe in June, and she wore a business chic look from the fall 2000 collection. Campbell wore a longline, strong- shouldered blazer with matching dress pants and a black button down. Campbell is showing off some very rare vintage pieces in her new exhibition and it is fitting that she chose a McQueen look. She has walked for both Lee McQueen and Sarah Burton, and she has been a fan of the brand since its inception. In September, a teary-eyed Campbell closed Burton's final collection with a metallic corset gown.
The collection was called "Eshu" and it was shown on the runway with slicked back hair, black contacts, and white boots. Instead, Campbell added her own flair to the outfit with a wavy hair style and more traditional stylings from her top and black heels. Campbell's extensive wardrobe of haute couture and ready-to-wear, along with loans from designer archives and objects from the V&A's collections, will be included in In Fashion. Campbell took a tumble in during the 1993 runway show of the brand. There is also plenty of Lee, from his earliest collections to some of Burton's shining moments.
