There is a lot near the subway station on Duffield Street where permits have been filed for a 30-story building. Duffield Developers is listed as the owner of the applications. 103,224 square feet of the proposed development will be devoted to residential space, 98,019 for community facility space, and 546 for commercial space. The average unit scope of the 115 residences will be 832 square feet. The landmarked Duffield Street houses currently sit on the site and an estimated completion date has not been announced.
