A car with Delaware plates hit an SUV that appeared to be protecting the president's motorcade after the president answered a question from reporters. Biden was ushered into his vehicle after the agents cornered the sedan and pulled their weapons on the driver. The motorcade returned to Biden's residence 11 minutes after leaving the scene.
