The stars in the room and on social media didn't like Jo Koy's first time hosting the Golden Globes. The stand-up comedian compared "Saltburn" to Bradley Cooper's nose in "Maestro" and called "Barbie" a movie about a plastic doll. The Golden Globes will be held in 2024 and 'Poor Things' surprises as the best comedy.

Koy said it was weird being attracted to a plastic doll. He told the audience that he got the gig 10 days ago. The complete Golden Globes winners list in 2024.

"Slow down, I wrote some of these and they are the ones you are laughing at," he said. He said that the Golden Globes had fewer camera shots of Taylor Swift. "Sorry about that," Koy replied.

Koy was roasted on social media by fans who were happy to see jared leto. Andy Herren from "Big Brother" said that the Golden Globes host is the worst host he has ever seen, because he was on a show hosted by Julie Chen. One person posted a moment from "Barbie" in whichRobbie's character asks, "Do you guys ever think about dying?"

Some people suggested that Amy Poehler and Tina Fey return as Golden Globes hosts. "Never send a man to do a woman's job #GoldenGlobes," another joked. Franklin Leonard, the founder of The Blacklist, wrote on his website "Just go full chaos and let Katt Williams host the #GoldenGlobes." There's always next year. They kissed at the Golden Globe Awards.
