TechnologyThe PS5 Pro will have a boost to 3,85 GHz with high Frequency Mode.

The additional details on the PS5 Pro specs emerged today, highlighting boosts for processor and system memory performance. The PS5's HighCPU Frequency mode will give it a 10% boost over the base model, according to a new report. The base model's system memory will get a 28% boost, while audio will improve with a higher clock speed. According to Tom Henderson, it will have 30 WGPs with specialized BVH8 and BVH4 traversal shaders. The console uses RDNA 4'sRT engine and it also confirms a new detail on the architecture.
