Tony was best known for playing Meat in Porky's films. On Monday night, Serrano-Ganios shared the news of his death on social media, revealing that he died on Sunday morning after a surgery. "We said 'I love you' in the last words we said to each other," Serrano- Ganios wrote. She replied to people on social media, "It's just unbelievable to me right now." He hid the fact that he was sick for a long time, and his heart stopped after the surgery. He was my best friend, my soul mate, I am completely empty inside now. The Hollywood Show Day 2 was held at the Westin Los Angeles Airport on January 13th.

The film that made him famous was the coming of age movie The Wanderers, and it starred Ken Wahl. On Monday, he wrote alongside a photo of the two of them, "I love you, Buddy." Porky's, Back Roads, and Continental Divide were all films which he would become best known for. He starred in Porky's II: The Next Day and Porky's Revenge, both of which were sequels to the film. He had roles in Body Rock, Die Hard 2, The Taking of Beverly Hills, and Rising Sun. King.
